Edible Plants with Rob Zimmer

 Join naturalist, author and radio host Rob Zimmer for a fun and informative exploration of many of the edible wild plants of Wisconsin. You’ll never look at “weeds“ the same way again as you learn about fun, interesting and tasty ways to use them in recipes at home. You’ll recognize many of these plants, some of which are likely growing right in your own backyard.
