The morning was cold, rainy and windy when CEI Bird club met this month. We all shared the migrating birds we’ve been seeing including our favorite red-headed woodpeckers and warblers, up close interactions with sandhill cranes and a congregation of 10 eagles at one member’s site. CEI offers a number of fun events and educational programs through the year. Here are some events we’ve hosted in the past: snowshoeing, annual cookout, duck banding, paddling events, guided hiking tours, hunters safety programs, movie nights, Light Up the Tower, Sip & Paint, Breakfast with the Birds, Migration Dinner, and more!
